Pastor Moses Dirisena is the Founder President of Carmel Gospel Missions. His mother and father, Abraham and Jhansi are Christians. He and his Wife Shalom, have two daughters Monika Mercy.

In addition to being the Pastor of a local church in Kamavarapu Kota, Brother Moses and his wife are active in several ministries including: Organizing and conducting Crusades, Pastor and Leadership Seminars, Orphaned Children, HIV-AIDs children, Leper Colony, Handicapped Children, Soul-winning and Church Planting.
